A critical component to achieving continuous improvement for Exact Flow is through a proactive response to recommendations and taking prompt corrective action on findings from internal and external audit and assessment activity.

Exact Flow is committed to providing rapid response to customer needs. Response times are monitored and measured as part of the company’s automated management system. This is done in order to validate our commitment to our customers. We use Customer Satisfaction Surveys to solicit feedback information to help us understand our customer needs and to help us improve our overall performance.
