Continuous improvement at Exact Flow is a journey that involves every employee actively assessing our processes and product quality. The goal is to consistently satisfy customer expectations for on time delivery of the most accurate, repeatable, durable, compact and cost efficient integrated dual rotor turbine flowmeter system. Our system and company culture encourages each employee to continually strive to do it even better through corrective action requests (CAR).

This approach enables Exact Flow to measure and assess the sales cycle, specification, development, procurement, suppliers, fabrication, calibration and product performance, which touches every aspect of our company’s operation. In this way, we learn more about our company and our industry, and apply that knowledge, by constantly improving and revising our processes, products and services to meet both external and internal customer goals.

Strategic Measurements

Our Continuous Improvement Program focuses on facts, using a balanced score card which measures our total company activities and reaches every departmental function with objective measurements.

Our CAR System is utilized by every employee in the operation providing a fluid method of continual improvement with objective evidence.

Our FACAR System is used to measure corrective action through a structured team-based process improvement methodology.

Our Quality Operating System provides timely process performance measurements and assessments, relating to cost, quality, delivery, budget and schedule performance.
