EXPORT CONTROL POLICY

COX Flow Measurement (including COX Instruments and Flow Dynamics) has a continuing commitment and obligation to comply with US Export Regulations. In the event that your order has an ultimate destination outside of the US, COX Flow Measurement requires an "End Use Statement" form be completed in order to fulfill our obligations under US Export laws. The completed and signed form can be returned by email sales@exactflow.com, by fax 480-948-3610 or mailed to 15555 North 79th Place, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 to the attention of the Sales Department. Early attention to this administrative matter will ensure that there are no shipment delays resulting from unavailable export documentation

COX Flow Measurement will fully comply with all U.S. laws and regulations governing the movement of products, services, software and technologies. Each employee must be dedicated to ensuring such compliance with these regulations. All sales, service, shipping, engineering, accounting and other personnel are required to be familiar with the Company's Export Management and Compliance Policy, and the internal controls that have been established and implemented to ensure compliance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). No transactions are to be conducted by or on behalf of the Company contrary to U.S. export controls laws and regulations. No sales or shipments are to be made to any individual or firm appearing on any of the Denied Parties Lists, or to any firms owned by or associated with individuals or firms therein listed.

Any employee who has knowledge of facts or incidents they believe may violate the U.S. export regulations, whether intentional or accidental, is required to report the matter promptly to the Company's General Manager. Violations of U.S. export laws can subject the company and its employees to severe penalties, including fines, denial of export privileges, and even imprisonment. Any employee who violates such laws, or who knowingly permits a subordinate to violate such laws, will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
