Dual Rotor UVC Plots

Dual Rotor Universal Viscosity Curve (UVC) plots are graphed using Strouhal-Roshko equations. The graph demonstrates the calibration over three different viscosities. Note that the curve blends perfectly at a turndown range of 100:1. This method of viscosity temperature correction provides excellent measurement accuracy.

This curve is stored in the ExactComp™ EC15 flow computer, which is collecting temperature data. The fluid characteristics are programmed into the flow computer, which calculates all this information and delivers a fully compensated flow output in 3 mS or less.
